How does It Work?
- Sends the electrical pulses to stimulate the median nerve.
- Signals travel to the brain via the central nervous system.
- Increase alertness, which can be reflected in HRV values, by enhancing cerebral blood flow and neurotransmitter levels, thereby reducing fatigue.
